Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during promotions, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand.

Delivery estimates

For deliveries within Australia, estimated transit time is 5–9 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs or remote-area service limitations.

Dropshipping and split shipments

ORTHOFLEX works with third-party fulfilment partners and supplier warehouses. Products may be shipped directly from a fulfilment partner and items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. When this occurs, each package may receive its own tracking information. This does not change your rights under applicable consumer law.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping, when offered, applies only under the conditions shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 72 hours after dispatch to begin showing carrier updates.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has begun.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and supporting photos where relevant. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier and provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.

International orders

For destinations outside Australia, delivery times vary by country. Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
