Shipping within Australia

Orthoflex currently serves customers in Australia. Prices and checkout totals are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Order processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared for dispatch after payment is authorised. Processing and delivery estimates shown on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, weather, remote destinations and customs processing can affect delivery.

Fulfilment partners and dispatch origin

Orthoflex uses third-party fulfilment and dropshipping partners. An order may be dispatched from a facility outside Australia and products from the same order may arrive in separate parcels. This does not reduce your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or Orthoflex's responsibility for the order.

Delivery charges and taxes

Standard delivery within Australia is free unless a different delivery option and charge are clearly displayed before payment. The checkout will show the total amount payable for the selected products and delivery option, including taxes, duties and unavoidable charges collected by Orthoflex where applicable.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address supplied with the order. Tracking can take time to update after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, the estimated delivery window has passed, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page. Keep the packaging and provide photographs if the parcel or product is damaged. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier and provide any remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law.
