Online store terms

These terms apply when you browse orthoflexglobal.com or purchase products from Orthoflex. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the transaction.

Australian consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If these terms conflict with a non-excludable right under the ACL, that right prevails.

Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, colours, images, sizes, materials and availability accurately. Screen settings and production variations may cause minor visual differences. Material differences, faults and goods that do not match their description remain subject to the ACL.

Products are supplied using third-party fulfilment and dropshipping partners. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, information is clearly incorrect or fraud is reasonably suspected. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). The total payable amount, including any applicable taxes, duties, delivery charges and unavoidable fees collected by Orthoflex, will be shown before the order is submitted. If two inconsistent prices are displayed, we will apply Australian legal requirements and correct the error before continuing where permitted.

A crossed-out, previous or comparison price will be displayed only where Orthoflex has reasonable grounds and records supporting the comparison. Promotions may have eligibility requirements, limits and stated start or end dates.

Orders and delivery

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. Acceptance occurs when the order is approved for fulfilment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will use reasonable care in arranging delivery and will assist with delayed or missing orders.

Returns and refunds

Returns, voluntary change-of-mind benefits and remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, or use the services for fraudulent or illegal activity.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Orthoflex name, site design, original text and original media are owned by or licensed to Orthoflex. Third-party product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as authorised or to identify genuine products.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orthoflex is not responsible for losses that are indirect, unforeseeable or caused by events outside our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL or another applicable law.

Changes and contact
